Our salons are a safe space for all people regardless of race, gender or age or disability.
Rude, discriminating or abusive behaviour towards staff or anyone within the safe space of Lavish or C14 will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances.
Skin Test
All clients must be skin tested for any colour or tint work at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. This also includes anyone that has not seen us in the last 6 months. This is a legal requirement for the safety of our staff and clients. All clients must sign a consent form upon arrival for their colour or tint appointment.
Covid 19
In line with government advice if you are unwell, but do not have covid. To protect staff and other clients please rearrange your appointment or attend your appointment wearing a face covering.
If you suspect you have covid or have tested positive then please reschedule your appointment.
Please always use the hand sanitizer provided upon arrival. And keep distance where possible.
No Shows
If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us via phone, email, Facebook or Instagram asap. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will incur a charge.
